I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, especially considering the amenities provided in the rooms. The kitchenette was a definite highlight as it allowed us to cook our own meals and save money on dining out. Another positive aspect was the convenient location in the city centre, making it easy to explore the area. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We only used the hotel as a stopover on a long journey, but facilities were excellent and we managed to get a good rest before starting the next leg.

The hotel was quite spacious and had a good view. It was also conveniently located near good supermarkets and public transport. The room had plenty of storage space and had a well-equipped kitchenette.
The hotel lacked maintenance and had a lot of mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The TV was small and did not have any English channels available.

The apartment comes equipped with everything needed to cook, perfect for families or groups who want to save on food costs. It is located conveniently near a tram terminus for easy transport. Parking is available for free on the street or in the small car park.
Some previous guests have reported thin walls and a musty smell in the bathroom.

Good bargain for an extended stay hotel/suite in Saint Etienne near Lyon, in a refreshed 60's-era building.
As is the case in many French extended stay facilities, make sure that you are aware of the normal operating hours for the front desk, and make sure that you get the codes you need from hotel management beforehand if you arrive late!

We loved the hotel facilities, as they were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location was fantastic, as we were able to easily walk to the centre of the city on foot or by tram. Furthermore, the parking was convenient and accessible, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home during our stay.

Spacious and clean apartment with free Wi-Fi internet access. Good location near public transport and shops. Best aspect was the opportunity to cook in the well-equipped kitchenette and save money on meals.
Noisy surroundings and thin walls, making it difficult to sleep through the cleaning and maintenance noises. Some broken fixtures and fittings, which lowered the standard of the accommodation.

Difficult to find and reception closed at 4.00pm so we had to let ourselves in and we had no one to ask directions from. (We could not ring reception so we circled the town for 45 minutes)
